MEDICARE PART B
Medicare Part B (medical insurance) is part of Original Medicare and covers medically necessary services and supplies needed to diagnose or treat your condition according to accepted medical standards. This includes outpatient care, preventive services, ambulance services, and durable medical equipment.

To enroll or maintain Medicare billing privileges, all DMEPOS (durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies) suppliers, including pharmacies, must comply with Medicare’s supplier and quality standards to become accredited.

DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
U-Save-It Pharmacy offers a wide range of durable medical supplies, such as crutches, canes, nebulizers, and walkers. Our pharmacy staff will provide guidance on using the equipment and answer any questions you have. We also handle Medicaid and Medicare billing for these items.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
When purchasing prescription or over-the-counter medications, it’s important to be aware of potential negative drug interactions. Our pharmacists, along with our pharmacy software, help prevent such interactions. Always inform your pharmacist if you are taking over-the-counter medications or receiving prescriptions from another pharmacy. We are dedicated to improving your health outcomes by preventing adverse drug reactions.
PHARMACY COUNSELING
Our U-Save-It Pharmacy Pharmacists are available to answer any questions you have about your medications or to assist you with purchasing over-the-counter medications and supplies. They will also guide you on how to properly use medications or supplies. You can speak with a pharmacist in person or by phone.

CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
You have the right to express concerns, dissatisfaction, or complaints about services you receive without fear of retaliation, discrimination, or service interruption. We will begin reviewing your concerns within 48 hours and aim to resolve grievances within 14 days. You will receive written notice of the resolution.
If you’re unsatisfied with how your concerns were addressed, please contact the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) at 1-855-937-2732.
You can also submit feedback about your Medicare health plan or prescription drug plan directly to Medicare using the link below. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN
U-Save-It Pharmacy has a comprehensive emergency preparedness plan to handle disasters or catastrophic events, including fires, chemical spills, floods, tornadoes, and community evacuations. Our main goal is to continue meeting your healthcare needs. In case of an approaching disaster or severe weather, please contact U-Save-It Pharmacy to ensure you have enough medication or supplies.
During a disaster, follow instructions from local authorities. U-Save-It Pharmacy will do everything possible to continue serving the community, but if the disaster limits our capabilities, you may need to seek help from local rescue or medical facilities. We will work with authorities to ensure your safety.
